- 25-50% Completion: You will receive a 50% refund of the total project cost.
- 50-75% Completion: You will receive a 25% refund of the total project cost.
- 75% Completion or More: No refund will be issued. However, depending on the specific situation, we may be able to discuss transferring completed work to you or adapting the project scope to a new direction.

Refund Policy:

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days of the cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items: Please note that the following items are non-refundable:
- Domain name registrations
- Website hosting fees
- Third-party software or service fees paid on your behalf
- Rush fees or expedited service charges
